I enjoyed a fantastic three-night stay at the Ginza Hotel By Granbell. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience pleasant. The location was perfect, just minutes away from major shopping streets and transportation. However, the air conditioning in the lobby was not effective during the hot summer days.

I found my accessible queen room to be spacious compared to other hotels in the area, providing great value for the price. However, my daughter's room was on a different floor, which was inconvenient.
Service
7.0
The staff were always friendly and willing to help with any inquiries I had. Unfortunately, the check-in process was a bit disorganized, which made it less smooth than I would have liked.
Location

The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's in the heart of Ginza, close to great restaurants, shopping stores, and just a short walk to two subway stations for easy access around Tokyo.
Dining

Though there was no room service, I appreciated the variety of food options nearby, making it easy to grab takeout. The hotel’s rooftop restaurant also offered a pleasant atmosphere for dining.
Facilities

The hotel features commercial services and provided a welcome drink upon arrival, which I found to be a nice touch. However, some facilities could have been better, especially regarding luggage assistance.

My stay at Ginza Hotel By Granbell was overall enjoyable, with a modern room that was spacious and comfy. However, the breakfast options could've used some variety for longer stays. The hotel is ideally located near several subway stations and had some nice spa services available.

Rooms

I stayed in a Queen Room that felt modern and roomy. However, I noticed the lack of bench space in the bathroom, which made getting ready a bit awkward. But the bed was super comfy, and the layout worked for me despite being tight.
Service

The staff were really friendly and helped make my stay pleasant. They took the initiative to place me on a higher floor to minimize train noise, which was a nice touch.
Location

The hotel's location is fantastic. It's right near several train lines, making it super easy to explore Tokyo. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping options in the vicinity.
Dining

The breakfast buffet was decent, though I wish there were more options that changed up a bit. It felt a bit repetitive after a few days, especially for someone like me staying longer.
Facilities

The spa services were a nice bonus, especially with a 50% discount for guests. Relaxing after a long day of walking was a must!

My stay at the Ginza Hotel by Granbell was mostly awesome, but there were a few hiccups. The location was spot-on for dining options and quick transport, and the staff were super friendly. However, the breakfast options were a bit inconsistent and not really worth the price.

Rooms

I had a Deluxe Double Room with Shower, and it was modern and cozy. The room was a decent size by Tokyo standards, which was great. I loved the view of the trains from my corner window. It felt comfortable even though I had to slouch a bit in the shower.
Service
8.0
The staff always greeted me with smiles, which really made my stay more enjoyable. However, the breakfast service could've used some work because my simple requests were misunderstood a few times.
Location

The hotel’s location was perfect! It's right by Ginza's amazing food spots and super close to subway lines that took me anywhere I wanted. Watching the trains pass by was also a fun perk.
Dining

The breakfast was a mixed bag. The selection was limited, and I found the portions weren’t enough given the price. I was hoping for more variety and consistency.
Facilities

The hotel amenities were nice, and the cleaning service was top notch. I did miss having two types of trash bins in my room, though, which is a small detail but still important.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at Ginza Hotel By Granbell. The location was fantastic, with easy access to high-end shopping and numerous restaurants nearby. However, the room was quite small and lacked basic amenities, which was disappointing for the price I paid.

Rooms
5.0
The Deluxe Queen Room I stayed in was surprisingly small and did not meet my expectations. There were no shelves for my belongings, and the shower curtain was stained. The dim lighting made it hard to read, which was annoying.
Service
7.0
While I appreciated the professional staff, the service had its drawbacks. I received only one room key for my wife and me, which caused some inconvenience. There was no bell staff available when I needed assistance with my luggage at check-in.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was definitely its strong point. It was a short walk to several subway lines and right in the heart of a district filled with high-quality restaurants and luxury shopping options.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was enjoyable, albeit nothing extraordinary. I noticed that happy hour included some very cheap wine served in small plastic cups, which seemed a bit out of place for the area.
Facilities
6.0
There was a lack of communal areas to relax, as the only seating was in the check-in area. However, I did enjoy the spa next door, which made up for some of the hotel's shortcomings.

My stay at Ginza Hotel By Granbell was largely enjoyable. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Tokyo and its dining scene. However, I did notice that the rooms were quite small, and there were a few cleanliness issues. Overall, it’s a great spot for travelers looking for convenience and a unique experience. 😊

The Deluxe Twin Room was nicely designed but on the smaller side, typical of Japanese hotels. I did encounter some dirty cups, which was an unpleasant surprise.

The hotel's location is unbeatable! It’s close to Tokyo Station and many subway lines, making travel around the city a breeze. I loved wandering through the shopping streets, especially on weekends when the roads were pedestrian-only.
